We make lives beautiful.

Addressing human trafficking by facilitating healing for survivors, preventing exploitation, seeking justice, and raising awareness while educating women and children.

You know that no human should be bought or sold, and you have compassion for the vulnerable people in these desolate situations. If you want to impact survivors, protect innocents, and enact generational change for the people of Lesotho, we need your help.

Beautiful Dream Society is a Christian humanitarian organization that strives to lead the Lesotho fight against human trafficking by providing protection, prevention, and prosecution in partnership with stakeholders worldwide.

Protect

We work with brave souls who have survived the harrowing ordeal of human trafficking, providing trauma-informed care thus helping them rebuild their lives in our shelter and Children's Homes and in their communities and with their families while protecting them from those who would seek to exploit them further.

Prevent

Human traffickers exploit the most vulnerable people, looking for targets who have lost their parents or  desperate to earn a living or not old enough to know better. We use multiple methods to pinpoint and prevent trafficking before it happens and educate the public on the signs.

Prosecute

We have advocated since our inception to support change to the laws in Lesotho to prosecute human trafficking effectively, and we have dedicated employees who work with the police to ensure traffickers must answer for their crimes.

BDS 15 yrs Banner

Rescued and served over 340 victims of human trafficking and underage sexual assault with shelter, medical care, education, and skills training.

Provided a safe home for 39 vulnerable orphans, ensuring holistic care including psychosocial and spiritual support.

Intercepted over 740 potential trafficking victims in just 3.5 years through our collaborative Transit Monitoring Program.

Why I Am Involved

April 19, 2015

The issue of Human Trafficking was first brought to my attention at the beginning of 2014 when Christine Caine spoke at my church. She runs a global Human Trafficking organization called The A21 Campaign for the purpose of rescuing women from modern day slavery. When I heard what was happening around the world, I was…

We believe in hope. We have seen its power: the power of losing it and the power of regaining it. In our work to end modern slavery, hope stirs our believe that spreading awareness will prevent future victims of human trafficking. Hope sparks our passion to continue serving women recovering from human sex trafficking, believing…

Making Learning Fun

April 17, 2015

These children love to learn! Recently, we got a new school table. Before, the children sat wherever they could find a spot, sometimes even on the floor. A missionary friend of ours in Lesotho made this beautiful new table specially for BDS. I wanted a picnic table where all kids could sit together to work but…

Thirteen Going on World Changer

April 9, 2015

Here’s a 13-year-old’s birthday party theme you don’t hear every day: Random Acts of Kindness. When was the last time you heard of a teenage girl who asks her birthday party guests to bring donations for women in a human trafficking shelter instead of birthday gifts? Not recently? That’s probably because it takes an exceptional young leader…

This list goes on and on…

Fifi Full of Life!

April 3, 2015

This time last year, darling Fifi had to be hooked up to a breathing machine. Coming out of an extended family situation that was detrimental to her well-being, this little girl in our Lesotho childcare program arrived needing care for some significant health problems. Not only did she need medical help, she needed love and…

Strength Beyond Muscles

March 26, 2015

STRENGTH, n. – ability to resist being moved or broken by a force. It was her first time visiting a gym. Her first time learning to exercise, really. After all, her trafficker had not been concerned with her physical strength. On the contrary, he had aimed to break her down. Keeping her weak benefitted him. Now…

Justice and Opportunity for All

We believe in justice for every victim and opportunity for every child. With special attention to the well-being and value of women and girls who often bear the brunt of disease, political unrest, and inadequate legal protections, we advocate and educate communities about the value of women and girls in hopes that one day, we won't be needed. Our dedicated team works alongside local authorities and our Police Advisors to ensure that traffickers are prosecuted and held accountable for their crimes. This rigorous pursuit of justice not only brings relief to survivors but also strengthens the legal framework against trafficking in Lesotho.

Our work is fueled by the belief that every person deserves to live a life of dignity and beauty, free from exploitation and fear. The support of our global partners and individuals like you is vital to our mission. By donating, sharing our story, or volunteering, you join a community committed to making a significant difference. Together, we can continue to fight against human trafficking and transform lives, one beautiful story at a time.

Join us in our mission to restore lives and lift Lesotho. Your support helps us continue our work and spreads hope and change across communities.
