Jennifer Crow

Restoring lives. Lifting Lesotho. Impacting the world. Together.

Jennifer Crow is passionate, intense, authentic, and committed to helping others live victoriously.  As an ordained minister, Jennifer has been in non-profit corporate management for 26 years and has founded 8 non-profit and for-profit corporations in Oklahoma and Lesotho. She is the founder of the Beautiful Dream Society, an Oklahoma 501(c)3 corporation, and Beautiful Dream Society of Lesotho, a government certified organization, dedicated to fighting exploitation and instilling value by helping victims of human trafficking and orphans in Lesotho, Africa. She was also one of the founders of Victory Church Lesotho and Victory Hall in Lesotho.  In addition to operating the first and only shelter for victims of human trafficking in the country of Lesotho since 2011, Beautiful Dream Society also cares for children in Lesotho who have been orphaned, abandoned or abused by creating permanent, trauma-informed homes for the children in a loving community environment.

Jennifer is the Owner of Barn at The Woods LLC in Edmond, Oklahoma which is a premier wedding venue in the area. Barn at The Woods has been honored to have won numerous awards for their excellent venue and service to the client.

Previously, Jennifer founded the only State certified shelter for female victims of sex trafficking for 3 years from 2013- 2016 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma in the USA. Jennifer also served as a founding board member and Senior Pastor of Victory Church in Oklahoma City, which grew to over 5,500 in weekly attendance at 5 locations in Oklahoma and Lesotho.

Crow also founded a music production and publishing company, Victory Productions, LLC, whose artists produced ten full length albums of original music in English and Spanish for 316 Media and Dream Records.

Jennifer holds a degree in Vocal Performance from Oral Roberts University where in 2010 she was honored as an Alumnus of the Year.

Jennifer is the author of the book, Perfect Lies, previously published by Tyndale House, and her accompanying Perfect Lies workbook for individual or group study for victims of trauma that promotes healing through meditation. In 2004, diagnosed with a dozen chronic health issues, Jennifer entered a deep depression and crisis. And as everything in her life seemed to unravel, Jennifer began to see how the perfect lies she’d told herself—lies like “I must prove myself because my worth depends on what I do” and “I must gain the acceptance of others because their opinion matters most”—were literally crippling her body, mind, and soul. In Perfect Lies, Jennifer reveals nine key lies that held her back, walks us through her journey of miraculous recovery, and shares practical techniques for overcoming these same lies in our own lives and finding true freedom instead. Jennifer’s experiences have perfectly prepared her for work with vulnerable women and children.

Jennifer has resided in the Oklahoma City area since 1994 raising 5 children and 6 grandchildren (so far!) and spends much of her time in Lesotho working with Victory Church Lesotho and Beautiful Dream Society of Lesotho.

End human trafficking.
